However, leadership comes in another form: people who aren’t leading an organization but rather a cause. Witness the courageous work of Nobel Peace Prize recipient Malala Yousafzai in advocating the right for girls to receive an education. Consider Ayaan Hirshi Ali, a Somalian-born woman who was a practicing Muslin for some 20 years, but who later as an adult made an abrupt transformation.
