Have any of you had experience with flex scheduling or compressed scheduling?
The people in my group work an extra half hour a day, to get time off in the near future. However, we are at odds when it comes to earning the flex time. Some feel if they come in late (e.g. due to a doctor's appointment), stay to make up that missed time and stay the additional half hour, they earn the flex time. They will also miss breaks to leave early but will still claim the flex if they "stayed an additional half hour". I'm from the old school where you earn the flex if you worked a full day. (perhaps it's time to retire!!)
